AOC CU32V3 32  Super-Curved 4K UHD monitor, 1500R Curved

AOC CU32V3 VA, 4ms, 121% sRGB Coverage / 90% DCI-P3, HDMI 2.0/DisplayPort, VESA, Black is a 32-inch Ultra HD 4K resolution 1500R super curved monitor with a VA panel, 60Hz refresh rate, 4ms response time rate, 121% sRGB coverage, and more.

You have other options on the same product page, including 27 ″ 4K UHD Flat IPS, 32 ″ 2K QHD Flat VA, and 43 ″ 4K UHD Super Curved VA. 31.5 “of the screen can be seen on the AOC CU32V3 32” widescreen monitor. All four models have an average customer rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars by 277 users at the moment.

 4K Ultra HD resolution represents 3840 x 2160 pixels

You can see more accurate colors and at large viewing angles on the 1500R VA panel and it is better for the natural curvature of your eyes – it offers a more immersive experience. It also has the most realistic colors with 90% Adobe RGB, 121% sRGB, and 89.8% of the wide DCI-P3 superior color gamut, which is ideal for your graphics-intensive tasks.

It comes with LowBlue mode to help decrease blue light waves that could damage your eyes. The VA panel of this AOC monitor does not flicker, which means that it displays the video signal without flickering from the backlight. And you can enjoy comfortable viewing without feeling fatigued. For connectivity, you have the two HDMI 2.0 outputs.

DisplayPort 1.2, and the headphone-out port and you will get an HDMI cable included in the package. This large oversized curved monitor offers flexible 100 x 100mm mounting options with Vesa compatibility. And there is a Kensington lock to protect against theft.

This monitor does not have built-in speakers, but rather an audio output to connect external speakers or you can use the speakers of the laptop that you connect to it. The very high resolution of UHD 3840 x 2160 pixels ensures sharp images on this display.

You have a subtle and enchanting immersive experience with the super curved screen that puts you in the center of it all. The VA panel is not as good as the IPS panel in terms of image quality at larger viewing angles, but it is much better than the TN panel and the colors are also very vibrant.

This is a three-sided AOC CU32V3 Super-curved 4K UHD Frameless VA Panel Monitor that looks nice and modern while allowing you to have two or more monitors side by side with no cursor issues without getting lost in dark bezels.

The Screen + feature is good for multitaskers as it allows them to split the screen while working on different things. Black AOC CU32V3 weighs 23.5 pounds and measures 27.9 x 20.65 x 8.1 inches. The maximum height for stand adjustment is 23.75 inches and the shortest is 19.25 inches.

It is pleasing to the eye with the beautiful and elegant frameless design that makes it look a bit more professional

It is both a LED and LCD screen and LED is for the new type of backlighting and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is for regulating the light that comes from the backlight to create the images. If you get refresh rates lower than the monitor specs, such as 30Hz with the HDMI 2.0 connection.

It is mainly due to your older computer with the older graphics cards. If you get 10-bit 30Hz and 8-bit 60Hz, you may want to try a higher spec cable. At the current price level, it is one of the best value for money 32-inch monitors on the market.

SAMSUNG UR59 Series 32-Inch 4K UHD (3840x2160) Monitor

  • Quality construction

Cons
  • No G-Sync or FreeSync
  • No USB ports
  • Needs calibration

Philips 328E1CA 32 Curved Monitor, 4K UHD Speakers

The UR59C (you may also see it listed as U32R59C) is a 16: 9 curved VA monitor with a 31.5-inch active area and a 3840 x 2160 resolution for a pixel density of 139 pixels per inch. VA stands for high contrast and the UR59C does not disappoint with a dynamic range of over 2500: 1. Color is in the sRGB realm, where Samsung claims 103% volume.

Unfortunately, the refresh rate tops out at 60Hz and there is no adaptive sync (like FreeSync or G-Sync). That’s a bit of a bummer for gamers, but to be fair Samsung doesn’t market the UR59C as a gaming monitor. To its credit, it has a fast 4ms response time, and our tests showed that it has a lower input lag than most other 60Hz UHD monitors we’ve tested.

The base and the stud must be assembled with a captive bolt, then the panel is fixed with a Phillips screwdriver.  The power supply is external, but instead of the usual brick, you get a large-walled wart, which is narrow enough not to get in the way of other sockets on a power strip. The only other cable is an HDMI. There are no USB ports, therefore no more cables.

To open the OSD, press the joystick, click up, and press again. You can also adjust picture-in-picture (PIP) and source without accessing the full menu. The feature set is appropriate for such a monitor with three-level overdrive, game mode, and all necessary controls for calibration.

The UR59C is simple and understated while being Samsung. Its 1500mm bend radius sounds tight on paper, but since it’s not ultra-wide, the bend seems less extreme in person. There’s no image distortion and the curve is quite natural, bringing the sides of the screen naturally and just enough to keep the entire desktop within your peripheral vision if you’re sitting about 3 feet away.

The image is sharp thanks to an excellent anti-glare coating that keeps reflections out of the way. A slim bezel surrounds the top and sides with a wider band at the bottom. Control is achieved by a joystick located on the rear right side. Switch power and navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) easily and intuitively.

Some of the savings seem to come from the booth, which is a minimal affair. While it is extremely solid, it is also very light and thin. With no vertical or swivel movements, the only adjustments are 17 degrees tilt back and 2 degrees forward.

The fulcrum of the bracket is down, so tilting the panel moves the top away from you. There is no VESA mount, which means you are stuck with the factory mount. The side profile is as slim as a curved monitor can be. On the back, you will find a textured plastic surface with no angles or vents. Heat is not a factor; you can expect great performance from the UR59C.

The entry panel is hidden underneath the snap-in circular cover, and you can fish the cables through the hollow stud for a super clean look. The photo shows a Mini DisplayPort input, but our sample came with a standard size port, version 1.2.

HDMI is version 2.0, so it works with the full native resolution of the monitor. There are no built-in speakers, but there is a headphone jack, plus volume control on the OSD. The Samsung UR59C skips a few features to achieve its budget 4K price. But it makes up for it with amazing image quality and solid playability when driven with a fast graphics card.

Philips 328E1CA 32 Curved Monitor 4K UHD with Speakers

The combination of ~ 32 “screen size and” 4K “UHD resolution is very appealing to some users. There is a wide range of models available that offer this, but some are very expensive options. There is a range of more affordable models with VA panels, but although the manufacturer and feature set may differ, many of them use the same panel.

The flat VA panel, as we will call it, is offered by Innolux and is used in a wide range of models, including the Philips Feature-rich 326M6VJRMB reviewed a bit earlier.

The Philips 328E1CA is simpler in terms of its feature set, but uses a curved VA panel instead and is significantly lower in price. We put this model through its paces to see how works on our usual test glove. The monitor looks homey and minimal from the front.

The base of the stand is in a square ring style, while the neck of the stand is silver-colored, powder-coated metal. The monitor adopts a two-stage bezel design. This is a thin panel border around the image that lines up with the rest of the screen, seamlessly blending in when the monitor is off.

Plus a thin black hard plastic outer component. Including both the panel edge and the outer piece, the bezel area on the top and sides is ~ 8.5 mm (0.33 inches). The bottom bezel is thicker with only a panel edge strip, at ~ 24mm (0.94 inches). It has a matte black plastic finish with a central silver-painted Philips logo.

Most noticeable from the front is the large curved display, which uses a clear matte anti-glare display surface. Both the curve and the screen surface are explored later. The OSD (On Screen Display) is controlled by pushbuttons at the bottom of the lower bezel, to the right.

There is also a small forward-facing power LED that glows white when the monitor is on and blinks when it enters a low-power state (i.e., the signal to the system is lost). The following video runs through the OSD controls and the menu system. From the side, the monitor is reasonably thin: ~ 12mm (0.47 inches) at the thinnest point, with more central volume.

The included stand offers tilt (5 ° forward, 20 ° back) as the only ergonomic flexibility. The bottom of the monitor is ~ 100 mm (3.94 inches) above the desktop surface, with the top of the screen ~ 525 mm (20.67 inches) above the desktop. The total depth of the monitor, including the stand, is ~ 250 mm (9.84 inches), with the screen about 8-9 cm to the rear from the front edge of the stand.

So it doesn’t take up as much desktop depth as some displays of this size, which is useful if you don’t have a particularly deep desktop. The back of the monitor uses brushed textured matte black plastic. There are 100 x 100mm center VESA holes for alternative mounting, with the included bracket mounted lower (this is removable).

There is a K-slot towards the lower right. The ports face rearward into a recessed area above the mounting point for the included bracket. Ports include; 2 HDMI 2.0 ports, DP 1.2a, one 3.5mm audio input, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an AC power input (internal power converter).

The monitor also includes 2 stereos, 3W down-firing speakers. The sound produced by these speakers is above average when it comes to built-in monitors, with somewhat fuller and richer sound quality. But the bar is pretty low in that regard.

These certainly don’t even compare to a decent average set of speakers or headphones. standalone speakers don’t even come close to the best speakers we’ve heard on a monitor. They provide decent volume, but since they’re firing downward and sitting fairly close to the desk surface, you can easily lose the clarity of sound output at higher volumes.

The desk surface can also affect acoustics with such a solution. In our case, we found that even a volume of “50” or so (which is still quite loud) provides reasonable enough clarity without strong distortion.

Dell S2721QS 27 Inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) IPS Ultra-Thin

  • Refresh Rate 60 Hz
  • Brand Dell
  • Screen Size 27 Inches
  • Hardware Interface 1/4-inch Audio, DisplayPort, HDMI
  • Connectivity Technology DisplayPort, HDMI

Pros
  • Wide viewing angles.Good ergonomics.Large screen and high resolution.
Cons
  • Mediocre contrast ratio.

Dell Curved Monitor S2721QS 27 Inch 4K UHD Best for Gaming IPS Ultra-Thin

The Dell S2721QS is a great budget 4k monitor that is suitable for a wide range of uses. It has a large screen with plenty of room for multitasking, and its high pixel density results in sharp images and text. Ultra-Thin Bezel Monitor, AMD FreeSync (HDMI, DisplayPort), VESA Certified.

The stand allows for a good number of ergonomic adjustments and its IPS panel has wide viewing angles, so you can easily share your screen with your colleagues. It has a fast response time, low input lag, and supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology to reduce screen tearing when gaming.

The refresh rate is limited to 60Hz, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most people, as gaming in 4k is still quite demanding.  Like most IPS panel monitors, the contrast ratio is mediocre, resulting in blacks appearing grayish in the dark.

Also, while it does get bright enough to combat glare, it’s not enough to deliver a satisfying HDR experience. The Dell S2721QS is a great monitor overall. It has a large screen with 4k resolution, good ergonomics, and wide viewing angles, making it a great option for almost any office environment.

It has low input lag, fast response time, and VRR support for a good gaming experience. It has a full coverage of the sRGB color space, but its color accuracy is fine right out of the box. The contrast ratio is low and there is some backlight bleeding, so it is not ideal for dark rooms.

Philips Computer Monitors 276E8VJSB 27″ Monitor, 4K UHD IPS, 1 Billion+ Color, Ultranarrow Borders

The Philips 276E8VJSB is one of the cheapest 27 ″ IPS, 4K monitors. Naturally, some sacrifices had to be made to lower the price of the monitor. In this review, we’ll go over what those sacrifices are and if they’re worth it.

The Philips 276E8VJSB monitor is based on an IPS panel with a 10-bit faded color depth (8-bit + 2-bit FRC) and an sRGB color gamut of ~ 109%. The slightly extended sRGB gamut gives you more saturated colors (not oversaturated, which is good), making them look more realistic.

If you need to do some color-critical work, you can limit the gamut to the sRGB space for less vibrant but more accurate color reproduction.

Overall, colors are accurate, consistent, and vibrant, as expected from a 4KIPS monitor. In addition, the wide 178-degree viewing angles ensure that the image does not change in color, contrast, or brightness when you look at the screen from an angle.

Other panel-related specs include a maximum brightness of 350 nits and a static contrast ratio of 1,000: 1, which is standard for an IPS display in this price range.350 nit luminance is more than enough for a comfortable viewing experience, even in well-lit rooms.

The Philips 276E8VJSB is an excellent 27  IPS 4K monitor for the price. While it lacks some important features like FreeSync and VESA mount compatibility, it is also cheaper than the alternatives, which can be a good trade-off for those on a budget or those who don’t need such features.

The 4K UHD resolution on a 27 ″ screen of the Philips 276E8VJSB results in a pixel density of 163 PPI, that is, pixels per inch. This creates a large amount of screen real estate, as well as amazing clarity of detail.

BenQ EW2780U 27 inch 4K Monitor | IPS Multimedia with HDMI connectivity | HDR | Eye-Care Sensor | Integrated Speakers and Custom Audio Modes | USB C Connectivity and Charging 449$

BenQ’s new 27-inch premium 4K monitor shows that little ones can sometimes be smarter thanks to its compact size and USB-C connectivity. When it comes to premium business monitors, bigger is not always better. That’s especially true in a context where 4Kor UHD is increasingly the standard resolution for mid-tier and higher-end content creation and product displays.

Keeping rather than increasing that 4K resolution with larger panels, of course, results in lower pixel densities and less visual precision. Larger screens also take up more desk space, of course. So enter the new BenQ EW2780U. Similar in many ways to its larger and more expensive 32-inch sibling EW3280U, at 27 inches the EW2780U casts a significantly smaller shadow.

For the most part, however, it shares the same characteristics. That starts with the aforementioned 4K native resolution. But it does extend to capabilities like HDR support, USB-C connectivity, various multimedia features, and more. The smaller panel is also priced lower.

All of which could make this more compact iteration of BenQ’s class of premium 4K monitors

In terms of industrial design, the BenQ EW2780U is very much a 27-inch Mini-Me to the EW3280U’s 32-inch Dr. Evil. It has essentially the same contemporary aesthetic, with slim bezels on three sides of the panel, and the bottom edge forms a more prominent chin.

All of that is welcome. However, sharing the larger model’s tilt-only bracket similarly limits the installation flexibility of the EW2780U. A monitor in this class deserves a greater range of articulation. That said, 100mm by 100mm VESA mounting compatibility is included. So if the only thing putting you off about the BenQ EW2780U is the tilt-only mount, it can be mitigated.

ViewSonic 4K MHD 32 Inch VX3276 Frameless 4K UHD Monitor Best Curved Monitor for Office Work

The ViewSonic VX3276-MHD is a 32 Full HD 1080p IPS monitor with an ultra-slim frameless design perfect for home and office use. With super clear IPS panel technology, this monitor offers one of the best screen performances with ultra-wide viewing angles with pixel-by-pixel image quality.

It comes with two built-in speakers and vivid 1920 x 1080 resolution for an immersive viewing experience for your home entertainment, multimedia applications, or office work. ViewSonic VX3276-MHD 32-inch 1080p Frameless Widescreen IPS Monitor with HDMI and DisplayPort Split Screen CapabilityFlicker-free technology for enhanced viewing comfort helps eliminate eye strain from long viewing periods.

4K UHD (3840x2160p) 4k UHD (3850x1600p).The ViewSonic VX3276-MHD is a professional monitor that uses IPS technology to deliver excellent color and grayscale performance, at a price that’s hard to beat. It’s a great choice for photography, video, or design, and home entertainment work.

The VX3276-MHD is the same size as the other two ultra-slim monitors launched by ViewSonic earlier this year, the other being the 32-inch 1440p and 4K resolution displays. The most notable feature of this silver-gray monitor is its thinness. The cabinet measures 28.1 by 9.1 by 19.8 inches (HWD) and tapers slightly to about 4mm at the rear bottom edge.

The bezel is barely there, nearly a quarter inch all the way around, making it a perfect candidate for a dual monitor setup on a desktop. The monitor is available for pre-order DisplayPort, HDMI, and VGA inputs giving you the freedom to connect your display to a variety of devices. You can adjust the tilt of the stand, but it has no height, pivot, or swivel adjustment.

The 27-inch ViewSonic VP2785-4K offers the best of both worlds: tilt, height, swivel and pivot adjustments, 4K resolution display, and excellent connectivity, including USB Type-C.

However, if you are, for example, a professional photographer or graphic designer who needs very precise and highly detailed images, you should probably settle for at least a 1440p panel at this screen size.
